From left to right you see the bronze, silver and gold medalists at the official AFK-South championships. Hans, Chris and Dennis competed in the three classical freediving exercises: static breathhold, dynamic max. distance with fins and without fins. My best results were statics (=4m35s) and dynamics without fins (=54.7 meters), but I failed in dyn with fins (57.4m). The top scores were made by Chris who did 99.4m with fins and Dennis who did 5m04s in statics. Lots of fun in the pool. Now I'm contemplating getting a monofin.
