For the past week Malene and I have been twisting our bodies at yoga class. Yoga practice is originally from India but has gained a huge following in western countries in the past decade. The particular form of yoga we have done is called Bikram Yoga (see wikipedia for more info). Each class is one and a half hours long and consists of 26 postures. The room is heated to about 38 degrees Celcius, which means all of your body is warmed up throughly during the class. My muscles have always been extremely stiff (typical problem for males) and may explain some of the back problems I've had for many years. I am sure these yoga classes will help on that. Det lyder som det var noget gamle koner også kunne have glæde af. Jeg går til noget synes jeg temmelig anstrengende gymnastik hver uge.Jeg laver også nogle rygøvelser hver morgen ,det har jeg gjort i 6-7 år så det kan I godt vente lidt med endnu, jeg har også rygproblemer siden siden jeres alder ca. Hav det godt IM
