This is the second time we tried this and I improved a lot - from 2m 40s the first time to 4m 10s today. It was really quite weird to stay underwater for so long. Most of our training has been for the dynamic exercise where the goal is to swim as long as possible taking just one breath. Afterwards we did some silly underwater videos and ate scones with jam and whipped cream - apparently a British tradition - very nice! You can see the video here.
